I have read the reviews here, but I have not found anyone who had the same services I did. Christina was the practitioner who provided my treatment. Prior to my visit to the spa, I was asked to send photos of myself so they could assess my needs. They assured me that they could accommodate my requests. We settled on a price and the number of syringes to be used. Upon my arrival, we reconfirmed the price and the quantity of filler, and Christina utilized an application on her tablet to illustrate the expected results. She emphasized that her primary concern was my satisfaction with the outcome, rather than the financial aspect. She expressed that she wanted to ensure I was pleased with the results relative to the amount I spent. But things changed, as soon as I was unhappy. The first issue arose when she did not use the agreed-upon number of syringes. (I found out after paying that I wasnt given the number of syringes we agreed to) and later I discovered that she had used a half syringe leftover from another client without my consent. This is incredibly distressing to me. Additionally, she did not address the areas we had discussed. Instead, she applied filler to my cheekbones, resulting in a shadow effect, as the upper part of my cheeks are now heavier than the lower half of my face. She also failed to lift the corners of my mouth, which was my primary reason for seeking filler. When I checked out, I was unaware that she had not used the number of syringes we had agreed upon, yet I was still charged over $3,000. I have attempted to reach out to them, but they have not responded. It is quite ironic how they tell you what you want to hear, but once you express dissatisfaction, they ignore you. I did not receive the results she demonstrated on the app, I did not get the agreed number of syringes, she used leftover product from another client, and I was charged over $3,000. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. It would be wiser to seek services from a plastic surgeon who is specifically trained for these procedures. Do not be misled by their promises. And be very aware, that if a business does not have a refund or guarantee policy, that means they dont stand by their work, despite what they verbally tell you. People like this, that promise you things and then dont deliver and refuse to fix or honor their word, should not even be allowed to be in business.
